Figures come from insurers' own public regulatory disclosures, cleaned and confidence-graded as described on our methodology page. Source files contain errors we cannot always detect; where our confidence is low we say so rather than guess. If a figure we report with high confidence is contradicted by your own verified contracted rate, tell us; see the refund policy below.
Reports are licensed to your practice for its own negotiations. Don't resell, republish, or redistribute them outside your organization, and don't use the service to fix prices with competing practices. Benchmarking your own position against public market data is lawful; coordinating rates with competitors is not.
The service neither needs nor accepts protected health information. Source files contain none, and you should never send us any.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outcomes of negotiations you conduct.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Illinois law governs.
